Extended Limited Warranty

Terms and Conditions

During your initial monitoring term, if any part of the security system becomes defective, Your DFW Security Advisors will replace and/or repair the defective part without charge to the customer. To obtain warranty service, the customer must contact Your DFW Security Advisors at 214-764-9090 and fully describe the problem. If necessary, a technician will be scheduled, giving the customer a flexible timeframe for arrival. Warranty service is provided Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Warranty work will be made available to the customer within three business days. If the customer requests warranty service on a more prompt basis or during the weekend or holidays, the customer will be charged the current rate for repair service.  This limited warranty does not cover the repair of security window screens, any damage caused by accident, misuse, attempted unauthorized repair, modification, vandalism, theft, cosmetic damage, acts of God or damage caused by insects or animals. We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Service calls rendered that are not covered under the terms of the Extended Limited Warranty will be charged at the current rate for repair service for parts and labor.  The warranty will remain in effect for the initial term of the monitoring agreement.  Customer must be current on all charges due to Your DFW Security Advisors before warranty work will be scheduled. This warranty may be voided by your Your DFW Security Advisors Certified Installation Technician if he/she determines that some or all of the system is not in good repair or could become an unacceptable liability to Your DFW Security Advisors. Customer will be advised in writing at the time of system installation/activation if any part of the system is not covered by the extended warranty.
